A Wedding at Endicott College | Mark Davidson Photography

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010

How’s this for school spirit!  This wedding took place at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts and was photographed by the ever so talented, Mark Davidson Photography.  The wedding overlooked the ocean and classic beach decor fit in perfectly.  The soft blues and yellows are so calming and lets be real, what gets beachier than blue and yellow?  I lovvvee the table setting from the napkins to the yellow and white plates to the simple set up.  I also really like how the florist mixed up the bouquets – the brides yellow bouquet stood out, and the bridesmaids bouquets had a softer, more classic look.  Check out the amazing photographs below and visit the full featured wedding on my Kate Parker Wedding.

Anthony Vazquez Photography | Trash the Dress Photo Shoot

Thursday, July 15th, 2010

Central Florida wedding photographer, Anthony Vazquez Photography captured this fun and colorful trash the dress photo shoot!  I absolutely love the brides yellow All Stars, they go perfectly with the pink, blue and yellow building which was part of the setting for their shoot.  I really like how the photo shoot was broken up into two different themes, elegant & classy and then fun & bright.  Check out the photographs below with some comments from Anthony Vazquez himself and check him out on my Kate Parker Wedding.

Many people refer to the after shoot as a “Trash the Dress” shoot. We don’t really trash the dress, and if we do, it is not the dress the bride wears on her wedding day.  It is usually much less expensive than my bride’s original couture gown.  Think $99 off the rack.

The idea behind these shoots is to allow my team and myself a large portion of time where we can push the limits of what we do with our art.  Recently I had the pleasure to work with my amazing clients Kaitlyn and Cameron. They had always envisioned a particular shoot, and our job was to make her dream a reality. We flew to The Breakers in Palm Beach where her event is taking place next year. The venue is extraordinary.

These shoots really help us build a great relationship with my bride and groom. I also love having the opportunity to work with my clients in a much more intimate setting without the bright lights and stress of the wedding day

I wanted to push the envelope and create something really special for K & C, so we started with the idea of shooting her against a pink wall with their rocker sunglasses. I want my clients to be themselves and these shoots allow that. Cameron is a drummer and Kaitlyn is involved in the fashion business. I love you both. Thanks for making this shoot so special. You ROCK!

A Real Beach Wedding | Allison Hope Photography

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

This adorably simple beach style wedding totally caught my eye! Allison Hope Photography captured each image to a tee, showing every detail that set the scene just right. First of all, the beach is my favorite place to be and this wedding represents the lovely relaxing feel the beach brings! I could not love the homemade cupcake stand more. The groom actually made it himself, creating the pilings of a dock. The bridesmaids flower buckets are so cute, giving off a perfect beach vibe. Regardless of the rain, this fun beach wedding absolutely pulled through!
